Bad Experience
However, while bathing, I found that hot water was not coming, possibly due to a blockage or malfunction. Despite complaining 3–4 times, the staff only gave illogical explanations and repeatedly said that hot water would come soon, which never happened.
Around 20:00 hrs, when I clearly stated that I would not pay if hot water was not provided, the manager/owner behaved rudely, threatened me verbally, and asked me to vacate the hotel immediately, despite it being peak season when most hotels were already full.
Overall, the hotel experience was very poor, and charging ₹3000 per night for such service is unjustified.
I am posting this review so that other guests do not face a similar false assurance and inconvenience.
If anyone plans to stay here, please check the water heater before finalizing the room.
