Excellent service!

I had booked all the Shhaurya hotel rooms for my wedding guests. It was a 5 day long wedding celebration, with two of the events hosted in their banquet hall. I must say, their service is great. The food is delicious, rooms are clean, staff is polite and there is 24x7 running hot water in the bathrooms. The manager Tiwari ji is very very professional. He made sure that all our requests were taken care of as soon as possible. Thankyou for making my wedding a memorable one. You guys are awesome

Pathetic service, very rude manager

The hotel’s manager Mr. Tiwari is the most rude guy I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. I made a group booking of 10 rooms for 2 nights and my wedding guests were utterly disappointed with his behaviour. He also inflated the bills and when asked to produce our signatures, he said that this hotel works on good faith only leaving him to charge anything he desires.

Hot Water

If fully occupied during peak winters , hot water supply is not sufficient in the bathrooms.
Rest everything is fine. Clean , good food etc.
Location for Dwarka is good. Near to metro station . Less crowded location with no constraint on parking . Low traffic peaceful.
Hot water in winters is a constraint.
I booked it for my guests who had come to attend my son s wedding in December 2019. Guests complained about hot water in the morning.

Very nice

It was a nice stay. Rooms are good with good facilities. Also location is far from hustle and bustle of delhi. Metro market and city center mall is at walking distance.breakfast was ok may be improved.

Best place to stay a few days in Dwaka

I find this hotel a great place to stay when visiting friends in Dwarka. In the shadow of Raddison Blue so easy to find and easier on the pocket book.
Hotel rooms are very quiet. Water hot, wifi strong and bed comfortable.
I've stayed here several times last few years and never disappointed.
