Resort Experience
Overall we enjoyed complete stay, recommend to add more healthy options in breakfast and pool should have facility for kids to enjoy. Sufficient amenities provided by management but maintenance are poor.
Rooms are spacious and clean, special mention Devendra and Operation manager.

Overall good.
Property is very nice. However, some basic things are missing. There were no ice cubes, shortage of bottles water, half of the items on the menu was not available. No local transport available for 4-5 kms.
Having said that, the staff was very good, friendly & cooperative. Devendra who was managing the night shift was helpful. One bengali cook, he went out of his way to serve us food. House keeping staff was also readily available & supportive.
It's just that the upper management need to pay more attention here.

Good budget friendly hotel
Good comfortable rooms . Extremely friendly and customer friendly staff. Suresh and team at the restaurant were very nice. Food also good.
One area of improvement is the rest room. Need renovation/ upgrade .
Overall a good budget friendly hotel situated very close to paradise beach suitable for a short stay with family.

Great experience
The rooms were clean and neat and the staffs were well trained and mannered. The ambience was so good and the everyone enjoyed their stay so much. The food was also awesome. It is for sure value for money. The location is also great and not to far away from pondicherry, and since this tucked away from the main junction there is no noise from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Over all this it was a great stay and would surely recommend this facility to call my friends and family. To mention a special thanks to Karmegam, Gautham, Pavithra and the other service and house keeping staff. Job well done and keep up the good work.
