Well located. Spacious rooms. Pleasing decor and functional furniture

PLUSes:
Rooms larger than what they appear in pictures.
Mid way between Auroville and Paradise beach. 2Km from from white town. Close to main road.
Large room. Large Washroom. Area for wash basin outside bathroom + dressing table.
Dressing table tool, sofa + tipoy, Table with 2 chairs. Cupboard with locker. Fridge.
Negative:
There is no kitchen so no tea/coffee. Breakfast was delivered in packed tray, cold and without tea/coffee. There is no buffet breakfast.
A.C. is centrally controlled at 19 degrees. Too cold for comfort.

Sent is out even if we had a confirmed booking

We had a confirmed booking and was sent out at the middle of the night as we did a late checkin. We reached there by 11PM. Agoda says that they have a closed car parking. But when we asked for it, the staff asked us to park it in the roadside. I was on my way back to Kerala from Chennai and had my luggages inside car. So I asked the staff to atleast help me with the luggage and he replied"I am not a room boy". So me and my wife had to carry th heavy luggages to the lobby. Finally when I showed him my agoda booking he said the rooms are sold out even if I had a confirmed booking. When I asked for an explanation he said he called me and I didn't pickup. I never received a call though. I heard him call his boss and the boss asked him to send us away. That was a busy weekend in pondi and I believe that they sold our room to someone at a higher price. It was 2.30 am when we finally got another room that night.

Horrifying experience!!!

We were a group of 7 people(elderly parents,children and one disable person), travelling from London, booked 3 rooms from dec21st - dec27th. On 18th of Dec got the confirmation from uk-hotels.com that rooms are all paid and confirmed that the rooms are ready.
To our shock after travelling 8 hours on road reached hotel at 4pm and we were told
that we don't have any booking and hotel is fully booked! We were helpless and couldn't do anything as Dec is a very busy time, most hotels were fully booked. We all were exhausted and shattered and will never forget this horrifying experience.
How can they cancel our advance bookings and did not inform us?
It took 5 hours to rebook something out of Pondicherry and reached the alternate hotel at 10pm.
We will never trust Fab hotels and will never book fab hotels in life!!

Comfortable Stay

First time we had stayed in Fab Hotels, this is good hotel, stay was comfortable at affordable rates. Hotel is situated at good locality.
Staff were humble and courteous. Vehicle parking is available.

A Pleasant stay

Our stay and room service was good. The only thing which needs further improvisation is breakfast items availability till the time breakfast ends. Staff was courteous and prompt. Two wheeler Parking facility is good and secure.
