Excellent Service & Clean and Neat Rooms - De Pebbles
Hotel De Pebbles, very clean, Rooms are excellent, Location near to Haddo jetty &
Atmosphere looks good, Located on main area but i am happy no noise inside the rooms. Hot water at all times, Inhouse restaurant available, food are very tasty but we need to inform 1 hour before. Value for money stay.
Special thanks to Mr. Kumaresan, the owner, for his warm hospitality and excellent service. He is tamil hence it will be helpful for us, & all the staffs are good and knowledgeable. Recommended to friends

Very Poor Hygiene and Service – Not Worth 3 Stars
In the toiletries, they provided only one small soap, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were missing.
The restaurant hygiene was very disappointing. Food was brought to the room uncovered, even tea and milk, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
At breakfast, dosa was served on a very small fruit plate, so the dosa was hanging off both sides and touching the table. It felt extremely unhygienic, almost like eating directly from the table.
Overall, the hygiene standards, food service, and basic hospitality need major improvement. I would not recommend this hotel until they improve their service and cleanliness.

Don't ever select this hotel even by mistake
Owner, who is managing reception, is egoistic, yelled on complaints and threaten to cancel the booking and shift to other hotel at the last moment.
