Comfortable, well equipped facilty walking distance from the serene lake.

We took the villa with private lawn. Comfortable 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in villa. They provide 2 extra mattresses. There is refrigerator, kettle, water filter and mini gas. One can order in advance from Hotel Nisarga (5 mins drive away) nearby or you can go there to eat. The caretaker gets the food for you. Care-taker is responsive. We liked the food. Specifically tell them for less spicy food in case you don't like spice. Dining area outside is good. There is a balcony & a machan from where you get a small lake view. A 5 minute short walk takes you to the lake. Very quiet and serene.
Kids enjoyed playing cricket and basketball on the lawn and they had indoor games too. We had fun playing cards outside in the dining area. Overall we had a great stay. The villa with private lawn and 2 villas with shared lawn are separated by 1 or 2 other bungalows.

Great place to chill out with family and friends any time of the year

Zostel homes is an awesome place to go with family. Electricity is a problem and the generator just works perfect with the AC on to keep you cool through the day and night . It’s a great place to chill out with family. They arranged a barbecue of course that has additional cost but it was awesome and my kids loved it. The lawn area is kept clean, rooms are clean and a place to just let yourself off from the busy city life into nature where you actually hear birds sing and insects hum and the morning sun and cool of the day. It’s a must visit. My kids wanted to enjoy so the care takers who were watering the garden gave them the opportunity to do so and they not only watered the garden but watered themselves too and that made the day. Thanks zostel homes for making my stay a memorable one. The care takers are also very good and supportive

Good location but bad services and amenities.

Location is good ...but electricity is big problem. Generators backup is only fans and light, but u can't use a/cs, geyser, fridge. We stayed there for 2 nights out of which there was no electricity for 6 hrs on day 1 and on day 2, there was no electricity from 7am till next day checkout( more than 24hrs). So visiting this place in summers is a big NO.
Water was very muddy in the bathrooms and kitchen with a fishy smell in it. Reason given was that the river was dry.
No options for meals. You can only order a veg or non veg thali and you have to take whatever is made.
Caretaker leaves the premises and is not reachable after dinner. They come back only after 9am next day. So if there's any emergency at the property you r left alone to deal with it.
Overall the location is amazing, property is clean and well maintained but they need to inform their customers on booking about the electricity and water problems. They r charging equivalent to an a/c hotel room but nothing works well.
