Extremely Disappointing Stay
Our experience at this property was highly disappointing. The rooms were in very poor condition, and the washrooms had a constant foul smell throughout our stay. The air conditioners were not functioning properly, and we had to request fans as an alternative. Room service was slow and below expectations, and drinking water was served in reused plastic bottles, which raised serious hygiene concerns.
The internet connection was either not working or extremely slow, making the TVs practically unusable. The swimming pools were dirty and appeared poorly maintained, with some facilities not even functional. Most of the indoor games and activity equipment were worn out and in poor condition.
To make matters worse, a housekeeping trolley was permanently stationed outside Room 107, and there was noticeable litter around the area when we checked in. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what guests would reasonably expect.
I booked three rooms for two nights and brought my family along, expecting a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, every member of the family was disappointed with the experience. The only positives were the location and the scenic views; apart from that, almost every aspect of the property failed to meet expectations.
I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this property in its current condition. Management should focus more on guest comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality to improve the overall experience.

Good exterior ambience, poor room facilities
The bedsheets had cockroch eggs to my utter shock. The rooms around the private pool did not have AC or ventilation, so we had to take the risk of keeping the window pane slightly open despite the risk of a snake or lizard getting into the room at night. The private pool is very shallow and useless for adults. The main pool looks great but cannot be used now due to maintenance which does not seem to be getting fixed anytime soon.

Pathetic sales
Highly disappointed with the sleeping arrangement made , I had booked a room called orchard and Lily which comes with 2 queen beds , we were a family of 5 and wanted an extra BED which I was promised and also paid an extra 4500 for this arrangement ! At night before sleeping when I asked for the extra bed I was told they have no beds instead a single tent mattress . Upon seeing it I saw it was extremely small and thin flat , my kid could not fit on hit considering he is a teenager and big sized , A sales person NARESH told me there is an extra bed provided, at night I had to sleep on it and not my son whine I asked this for and the mattress kept moving the entire night and I ended up with no sleep !

Stay at Ravishing Retreat was not good.
Short distance from Bangalore was the only good point. We were not happy with stay and food. Buffet spread had many options but wasn't good, not worth the money for stay. The overall review rating 4, is misleading.

Never go to this place...
Our day outing experience was extremely disappointing and pathetic.
The swimming pool was in terrible condition—very unhygienic and poorly maintained. There was no separate kids’ pool, yet they charged half the adult price for children, which felt unfair.
Please don't get mesmerized with the Google.reviews or pics on the website....
There were no security guards or management staff available in the day outing area to assist guests, which made the experience even worse. We had explore the place on our own and make in numerous calls to the reception.
Most important.....The food was horrible, both during lunch and hi tea. The quality and taste were very poor. Nothing was hot and fresh.
Overall, the entire experience was disgusting and far below expectations. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.
