Avoid at All Costs – Misleading Listing and Horrible Experience

I booked this hotel through Goibibo, expecting a three-star property based on the listing. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable, let alone three-star standards as the price point was around ₹6,000 per day. First and foremost, the hotel is located right next to a garbage dump, and the foul stench from it seeped into the bathroom through the vents, making it unbearable to stay. The bathroom itself was in shambles, with broken fixtures and an overall atrocious condition in Room No. 209 provided to me. I have photos of both the washroom and the garbage dump view from the hotel to corroborate this. Adding to the frustration, there was no breakfast provided despite the high price point. To make matters worse, the printer at the hotel was non-operational, and they were unable to provide a proper bill for my stay. I strongly urge the Goibibo Team to inspect and verify the facilities and standards of hotels before listing them at premium prices. This property is not worth the cost or the hassle, and its current state is completely misleading. Travelers deserve honesty and value for their money, and this was a severe letdown. I will not be returning and recommend avoiding this property entirely unless serious improvements are made.

Horrible experience

Recently we stayed with my families. Firstly I want to give minus rating if possible. Rooms are not clean, fans are not working properly giving lots of noise, AC is not working as expected. Bathrooms are not clean and you will 90's feeling entering to bathroom. Water leaking, flush is not working, taps are not functioning. In morning we forced to checkout from bathroom issues and booked nearby hotel for fresh up.
If you will ask water bottle in night they'll reply "no stuck". Nearby there is no shops.. Experience with Staff was HORRIBLE.
If you don't want waste your hard money, please DON'T CHOOSE RAMLEELA HOTEL. Based on room cleanness I don't want to comment other things.........

Never stayhere

this is not even 1 star, please dont book at all if you are looking for good stay. bathrooms are not clean, restraunt is like road side vendor. no automated power back up. only good thing is very to main temple and AC works. not at all good for family stay.

This was a very bad experience. Not recommendable

Rooms very not well kept. The AC as well as the TV wasn't working properly. The fan was not clean and spread a lot of dust across the room. The bathroom wasn't clean and the room service was also very poor. Sufficient blankets weren't provided. Glsses weren't provided and the table was shaky.

Horrible experience! Rude and irresponsible staff!

I wish there was a negative scale to rate our experience at Hotel Ram Leela. The photos are very deceptive. Unclean towels and bathroom floors. We had booked 2 AC rooms. One was barely working, whereas the one in my room was not working at all. Though we raised a complaint, they refused to act. The receptionist behaved in a rude and arrogant manner to my husband. Room service is pathetic, with insolent and irresponsible boys hardly pay attention to your requests. Though we were told that we will be charged only the non AC room charge as the AC in our room wasn't working, they charged us the full rate for AC room, at the time of check out. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
