Really peaceful trip

We went for a family trip and came back with a lot of memories. The stay was really comfortable and happening. The property is amazing and very neat and clean . We have stayed at other properties but this one had a really good staff and amazing service . Loved the food and their hospitality. Mr vishal gave us good suggestions to make our trip more fun ,loved his company. Mr himashu , mr mukesh and mr. Himanshu sharma and other staff too really took good care of us . 100% worth your penny

Great Hospitality.

We stayed at Sterling Shivalik for a weekend gateway. Needless to say, the stay didn't disappoint. The room is spacious. The property is located at a quaint hillside some way off Chail. They have really helpful staff. Vishal and Mukesh ji helped set up a small birthday dinner for my wife. Really thoughtful of them to arrange the dinner table. The food overall has been stellar. Will visit here again if opportunity arises.

Misleading booking and poor hygiene—avoid this property!

I strongly advise families to avoid this property. We were sold a "Family Suite" that was promised to have two bedrooms, a living room, and two washrooms. What we received was a cramped, inadequate space with only one washroom and an inaccessible attic bedroom that is dangerous for our elderly family members.
When we brought this up, the hotel manager and central booking team refused to fix their mistake, even though rooms were available, and instead pressured us to pay for an extra room. To make matters worse, the property is poorly maintained—the dining area was filthy, with dirty, unhygienic seating (photos attached). A deeply unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Sterling Chail

A very warm n comfortable place warm staff. Good food. Excellent service. Went for a village walk led by Mr Vishal who was very knowledgable n explained all aspects of apple farming. we should definitely come again

Very polite and friendly staff, on time services, peaceful location. Village tour by Mr. Vishal was very informative and joyful experience.
