Fabulous experience, staying with ITC
Everything is top notch from the hotel location , room view , hospitality is excellent, food is 10/10

Best time
Excellent experience with Mr . Vijay. Manager of Restraurant and cafe. The food taste was very good, well decorated and nicely manage property

Living among the clouds
The location is surreal as you are in a valley full of Cedar and Pine trees which is very soothing to the eyes.Being monsoon time,the clouds were hanging around you and over you transferring you into a different world. Please look at the attached photo from my room!
The hotel atmosphere was like a very homely one as all the staff made you feel that you are very important to them and to great care to make you comfortable.
The rooms are nice and clean and the size is just about right foot a couple with all the amenities one would expect from a five star hotel. Very clean rooms, well maintained.
Excellent value for money.
The service, whether for in room dining, or travel desk, all were very polite and alert to your needs.
The food was among the best we had in HP as well.
I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a holiday where there is a room with a view, wants homestyle food and service and also wants great value for money.
