Great experience
We had very good stay at hotel humza. Spacious room,clean bathroom,responsible staff (24×7 room service) made our stay homely and comfortable.The host Mr. Masood and his father are very friendly and help us a lot in traveling,shopping, organise the trip as our trip was totally unplanned.The view from the room was worth every penny.All Amenities was provided,food is very tasty and affordable.They had their own botique emporium where you can get all the kashmiri handicrafts item. The best part is that the hotel is located in dal lake area and easy accessabilty of local market, restaurant, shikara ride . Will recommend to roam around outside lane around the hotel to enjoy the calm, peacefullness of that area and to get the vibes of local kashmiri people lifestyle. Thank you Mr. Masood for making our trip memorable.

Near dal lake and has parking thats it!
The only best part in this hotel is that is has a good parking space (if you are travelling by your car) and Dal Lake is at walkable distance (20 mts). Rooms are ordinary with basic facilities. Washroom was not very clean. There is no lift (if you get room on the 2nd floor). It is not correctly mapped on google map but owner was so kind that he came to show us the exact location. There was no hot water at all full day but when we requested it started at late night. This hotel is good for ppl who want to roam around dal lake. Not for ppl who want to enjoy hotel property.

Poor service
Except the room size and complimentary breakfast every thing else was disappointing. There was no towels or toiletries provided. Bedsheet was old and worn out. There were cobwebs above windows and dust over furnitures. TV was not working. They offered another room but we denied as we had unpacked our bags. Surprisingly the hotel had just couple of rooms occupied. The room service guy was very irritating and looked intoxicated. Despite paying taxes we were not given receipt saying we will have to pay more if we need receipt. Better to avoid staying here. Don't get carried away by ratings like us. There are better options available near Dal lake.

5 Days at Hotel Humza
It was outstanding feeling at Hotel Humza while we made stay there for 6 Days nd 5 nights.There service nd Food are 10 out of 10 nd their hospitality was so friendly.Compared to price nd others Hotel Humza will be ranking 9 out of 10.

Cozy and comfortable
Family and I had a really good time staying at the hotel. The ppl, the enviroment are soo welcoming. Facilities are well equipped and the service is beyond words. You genuinely feel like a part of their family
