Poor standards

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all—bedsheets, floors, and overall hygiene were poorly maintained. It felt uncomfortable and far below basic standards. Definitely not worth the stay and would not recommend.

Highly recommended hotel

We stayed here for a week and We loved the hotel
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful, especially the reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The standard is as good as 4 star hotel. I wish there was more choice for breakfast, but I doubt if you could find another hotel in Surat that provides this level of comfort and service in this price range

SUPER comfortable business hotel in Surat

A SUPER pleasant business hotel in Surat / India. Perfect service, large, clean rooms. (The hotel managers themselves think of bringing toilet paper to the rooms for "Westerners"). The included breakfast was plentiful and good. I felt comfortable all around. The location is practically right across from the train station.

The Best in Surat in all aspects .

Location : Just Opposite to Railway Station & 3 minutes walkable distance from Bus stand.
There is no view from Road / Station. But once you enter excellent, From Front Desk to Room show , Check in, Luggage transfer, Room, Facilities , Restaurant , Buffet Breakfast , Staff , Cleaning etc. Professional & Personalize service. Once you check in there will not be any disturbances even though it is in the middle of every thing.
If they add Non Veg dishes in their menu ... nothing to stay more.. Myself visiting Surat from last 15 years, stayed in different hotels , but El Magnifico is Superbbb..
