Excelente services

Excellent service, always taking care of us.
Good service, they let me stay more hours with out additional charge, they open the restaurant for us, took care with the transportation. Good attitude from the personal.

Unethical policy by the hotel

I had booked a room with double occupancy and even paid for daily breakfast in advance for two. Unfortunately my wife could not join me and the hotel refused to refund the breakfast charges for a person who could not make it. This was so unethical on the part of the hotel. Inspite of facing no loss on their part they insisted that it was not THEIR POLICY to refund the breakfast charges.
I don't understand how the hotel can collect breakfast charges for a passenger who doesn't turn up? It's not that the hotel incurred any losses because of her !

Good and refreshing stay

The Surat is declared one of smart City of gujarat..And I think it is just because of people adding value of city..This Oyo room add a great value to city by providing good spacious rooms...The stay was really nice and refreshing..The Oyo was.budget friendly neat and clean..Room service was extraordinary ..

Nice Stay

The hotel is absolutely very safe and good for staying. Close to Surat Railway Station. Breakfast is also good. I will definitely stay next time and will also recommend to others.
I would advise to check the rates online before booking directly.
