Comfortable Stay
The room was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team for their excellent work . I did not use the food and beverage services, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
There are, however, a few areas that need improvement. The toilet seat in my room was not properly aligned, and the jet spray fitting in the bathroom was not installed correctly. Another drawback was the lack of basic toiletries. The hotel provided only a single soap bar, with no shampoo, hand wash, or body wash. While they promptly provided a dental kit and shaving kit upon request, I believe basic toiletries should be standard amenities for guests.
I would also suggest providing at least 2 liters of complimentary drinking water for two guests. Currently, only 1 liter is provided, and additional bottled water is chargeable. Since RO water is available free of cost, it could be delivered to guest rooms more conveniently.It felt as though the hotel might be trying to reduce per room operating costs during the off season through such cost cutting measures, but these are basic guest essentials that should not be overlooked.
The hotel's location is excellent, and the overall stay experience was pleasant. A special mention to Krishna from the Front Office, who was courteous and helpful .
Overall, it was a great experience with just a few areas that need attention. I would definitely recommend Cosmos Westland to my friends and family and would consider staying here again.
