OUTSTANDING HOTEL

My first visit in UDAIPUR my family on 8.9.2019 to 10.9.2019 stayed in hotel North star this is situated at good location, near to lake, service is best with good staff awesome food taste. Would recommend to our relatives our stay was fully comfortable. Value for money.

Simple and nice

The location of the hotel is congested so driving an Innova near the hotel would need some expertise, next comes service , we found the service to be good..The breakfast was very nicely arranged in our room.The food is good, I also ordered for a dry clean for my shirt, it was delivered very quickly within 6 hours.. Only drawback was our rooms was small, but then again we got the room through our tour operator..I am not sure of other rooms..The lift again is very small..A bigger lift is the call of the hour..But considering the price it's good value for money..

Grand parents outing

My grand parents stayed at this hotel during their trip some days back . It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities and services and veg food with decent rates. They liked the place . The staff was good and friendly ....

Simple and ok

Enroute Mt. Abu from Jaipur, we decided last minute to make a overnite halt and stay in Udaipur. Just a one night stay for few hours and with no fancy expectations, we booked this budget property near Udaipur Rw station thru OYO Rooms. The property is in a sort of narrow gulli. But, hotel managed to provide car parking. Check in was quick and friendly. No fancies or pleasant surprises, but the rooms were simple, spacious enough and clean. The verandah outside the rooms were always noisy. The OYO rooms claim to provide complimentary b/f. We need to be prepared for restricted or fixed unfriendly b/f. The b/f room in the 4th floor wasnt very clean and service took long long time. Staff were supportive and friendly. Its ok average hotel for short stays.

Small Rooms, Poor Service & Breakfast

Had booked a Luxury AC room but the room was very small with barely space to stand. My booking included an extra bed for my son which just fit. Should have been allotted a bigger room but I feel that hotel management had diverted the bigger rooms to the hard cash paying tourists who were checking in without advance booking. Hotel should redefine their meaning of Luxury AC room. Complimentary breakfast was horrible with cold / stale food and dining hall was dirty all through our stay. The room service needed to be reminded twice. Sightseeing was arranged but here too the hotel management seemed intent on overcharging us in collusion with the rickshawwallas. Only good thing was the 24 hr hot water service, wifi & the lunch / dinner items in the room service menu
