Very nice

The service was on time. The breakfast was amazing and room was much suitable. The beds and pillows was very very comfortable and clean .
The room and environment have focused on hygiene perfectly.

Nothing need to improve so many things coz we can’t change the people attitude

We have stayed at this hotel several times, but unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour this time was extremely disappointing and rude. I made a genuine booking mistake and booked one room instead of two. Instead of helping or understanding the situation, the staff were only concerned about charging extra money. The online rate was also different, which made the experience even more frustrating.
This is not the kind of service we expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff should focus on guest satisfaction and provide proper assistance rather than making guests feel that money is the only priority. Very disappointing experience.”

Terrible

Terrible hotel ,washroom not clean..didnt even provide toiletries even after asking..room has no space..even door lock didn't work properly.Unprofessional attitude in the reception, when entered the hotel first time, nobody was there in reception.Couldn't stay here for more than an hour.

business trip

i stayed in the hotel for 3 days a short trip. the hotel was ok in small budget. i stayed in suite room. room was spacious furniture was good. food was average hotel needs to work on it. room service was good. overall fit in small budget hotel.

Terrible room

Ambience from outside seems to be very pleasing but this hotel is not good as expected. At least the room where we stayed was not good at all. I booked a non Ac room for couple of hrs as I had to catch the train. Room was suffocating. There was no space to walk. All the time I had to keep the door open to breathe. It was too small then expected. There was no ventilation. Tv was old 90’s style. Although the staff was good but still would not prefer to go there again.
