Nightmare to visit this hote
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Puja Residence Dear Hotel in Varanasi. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the appalling behavior of your staff, particularly the lady receptionist and the managing director, who displayed a shocking lack of manners and professionalism in their interactions with guests.
Upon arrival, I was met with incompetence and hostility from the receptionist and staff, who initially failed to honor my booking for the correct number of rooms. Despite providing evidence of my reservation via WhatsApp, they were reluctant to acknowledge their mistake. Additionally, there were discrepancies in the rates quoted, and the entire check-in process was marred by their personal demands for additional payment, despite having already paid in advance.
Furthermore, the conduct of your managing director was utterly unacceptable. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and professionalism, he resorted to threatening language when questioned about the advance payment I had made. This behavior was distressing not only for me but also for my elderly parents, my wife, sister, and two young children who were accompanying me.
I must emphasize that I will not hesitate to dissuade others from patronizing your establishment due to this egregious treatment. It is evident that the current management, particularly the individuals serving as senior receptionists, lack the basic courtesy and competence required to interact with guests effectively.
I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation by removing the managing director and the lady receptionist from their positions. The behavior they exhibited is not reflective of the standards expected in the hospitality industry. I urge you to reinstate the professionalism and integrity that characterized the previous management and staff.
In conclusion, I would rate my experience at Puja Residence Dear Hotel as zero out of ten and strongly advise against anyone considering staying at your establishment until these issues are addressed.
