Varanasi Darshan with family.

Super hotel with all high class service ,hygiene and ambience is fantastic .well behaved staff specially Mr Gupta (Manager) is very polite and cooperative .
All of you must go and see the hotel.
It’s also very economical in your budget.The rooms including the AC rooms are very decent .

Worst Hotel

Worst Hotel. Stay here only if tou want to spoil tour stay / vacation. Don't go by their good reviews as all the good reviews written here are fake.
Rooms : Bedroom were Extremely extremely small. All the rooms are half the size of normal room. very old rooms. Paints are coming off from the wall. Totally unhygienic place. Rats were roaming in our room. Bathroom were dirty. They even switch off AC from outside and say that there is load shedding in the area. When i shouted on them after waiting for 5 hra then they switched it on.
Online Booking: They don't acknowledge online booking and once you reach the hotel they will ask you to cancel the booking and book with them directly as per the high price demanded by them.
Service: Very bad service. No wife network. Wifi works only at reception not un rooms. They don't have phone in rooms for room service, u have to go to reception every time even if you want water.
Hygiene: Totally unhygienic place. This is house of rats and mosquitos.
Price: They charge heavy amount for this dirty and bad place.They will also not give tou bill and will ask 18% extra on your total amount paid if you need bills.

excellent

Nice hotel and good food, best part is that it is in the city and easy to go from hotel anywhere. Railway station is just 5 min away. Food quality was good. Rooms were spacious. The hotel staff was very nice and supportive to take care of my request and get things done one time.

Helpful Staff

Had a pleasant overnight stay at Hotel Shiv Ganga. I made an advance booking by paying the hotel directly via paytm and they accepted it. I did not face any problems when I arrived at the hotel way past midnight, as the staff had arranged everything before hand. Although not the perfect hotel of the town, it's indeed a modest hotel with a very helpful staff; do not hesitate to book this if you are a solo traveler. Good for families to for a lower price range.
Cons: the hotel does not have it's own parking and you will have to walk for around 30 seconds from the main road to arrive in the hotel.
