Unforgettable stay

It was me and a friend of mine in this guest house where we spent two nights. It was a choice I wouldn't return for anything in the world. The place is very clean, our room was very spacious and equipped with every comfort (there was also air conditioner and air shovel). We also had a private bathroom and a private balcony.
Not to mention the rooftop from which you can see the whole city and the Ganges. Being able to see the view at sunset and dawn was an indescribable emotion. Sonu, the owner of the Guest House, is a really nice guy. As soon as we arrived he gave us all the directions to the city and began to explain the history of Varanasi. He also offered us the sunset boat tour he offers (an experience we did and would do again endlessly) and yoga in the morning on the rooftop (also this experience that immerses you in their culture, where the connection between body and mind is fundamental).

clean and quite place

Very clean, quite place, convenient location, you can see all ghats and places from this guesthouse. Sonu is amazing and kind person, respect him for his service and help.

Great location, nice and simple homestay.

We stayed at Sonu's homestay for several days. It is located in the best place of Varanasi, nearby ghats. All the rituals and events, the most popular places to visit are located in 5–10 minutes to a home.
One can watch some parts of the city and even see Ganga from the rooftop (though, don't expect to watch large piece of the river, only a small part is observable).
The room was small but cozy. And more than affordable.
When we arrived, Sonu told us about the district. Also we had an opportunity to join his morning tour where he as a guide explained us things about a ceremonies and traditions of Varanasi, and told us about the actual life of local community as he was born and lived through entire his life at that same city center. His English was totally understandable even for my partner (setimes he has problems with understanding Indian English).
We also had some unrelated interesting conversations with him.

Nice, clean, safe and cheap. Super helpful owner.

Marigold was clean and nice. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 would go again. The stay was cheap and I felt safe - even though it’s in the dark narrow streets of Varanasi.

Unique experience! To return

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the place. It was the part that worried me the most to be honest. Spacious and comfortable room, large and clean bed, bathroom with hot water! I loved it even though it was so hot. Place with a strategic position for the points of interest. A few meters from the Ganges River where you can attend the sunset ceremonies "Ganga Aarti".
Owner Sonu, a very available and friendly person. He has given me all the necessary information to enjoy my stay in Varanasi.
Ah! And every morning yoga injuries with him (to be my first time, he has a lot of patience)
