Excellent choice by Mistral for the 2-day stop in Varanasi

Good hotel, very clean, excellent quality of the dishes at the restaurant. Quiet room for a good rest. The outlets don't work well despite the adapters that work perfectly in other hotels.

Loved Every Moment of My Stay * Highly Recommended for a Safe and Comfortable Stay

I had a wonderful experience here.
I am coming here since 2015 and the hospitality here is great.
I really enjoyed the breakfast time they do have so many varieties with lots of options.
Server and the hotel staff is very generous polite and attentive specially Kamlesh and amit.
Me and my husband we both enjoyed our stay here it was super convenient safe and welcoming.
I love this city I studied here and now coming after every 2 years to get the blessings and memories.
A big thank you team Rivatas❤️

Good accommodation

Simpler hotel than the others on the tour, but we enjoyed it very much. Great food à la carte. Great availability and a special thanks for drying our clothes quickly after a big shower

Unprofessional Reception Staff Ruined Our Stay

Very disappointing experience. Although we booked through Ixigo at a good price, the hotel followed its own policies instead of honoring the booking terms shown on the app. This was misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience during check-in.
The reception staff was not polite, unprofessional, and completely uncooperative. They wasted a lot of our time during both the check-in and check-out procedures.
The check-out time was clearly 12:00 noon, yet the reception started calling us repeatedly from 11:00 a.m. onwards on both the room intercom and my mobile phone, asking when we would vacate the room. This was extremely disturbing and unnecessary, especially when my family was trying to relax before leaving. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and creates a poor guest experience.
The room had a very small, outdated non-Android TV that barely worked, adding to the disappointment.
Overall, this is an average hotel with poor customer service and outdated amenities. It is definitely not value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never choose to stay here again.

Very nice stay

We had a 2-night stay at Rivatas by Ideal. This was the nicest stay until now. The room was big, the hospitality was 10/10, and the restaurant service from Aadil was 100/10. The location is also very good — the mall is only a 5-minute walk away. Everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.
