Amazing stay

I book rooms here for weekend breaks every few months. It feels properly luxurious and the front desk team is always very polite to me.

Amazing stay, Good staff behaviour

stayed at treebo raj palace last weekend and honestly had a great time. the staff were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed right away. its rare to find people who actually care about hospitality like this. room was clean and comfy too. definitely planning to stay here again next time im in town. totally worth the price for the service you get here.

Pleasant Stay with Good Service and Cleanliness

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good in taste and freshly prepared, which was a nice start to the day.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, and overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Housekeeping was regular and efficient.
The staff members were polite, helpful, and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay more enjoyable.
The location is a big advantage, as the hotel is just about 500 meters from Banaras Railway Station, making it very convenient for travelers.
Overall, this hotel offers good service, cleanliness, and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to families, couples, and solo travelers visiting Varanasi.

Pathetic waste of money

Do not book this property. We booked seeing the reviews and pictures. We were looking for hotel within 4-5 km from temple hence this was only available options as others were sold out. Rooms are pathetically bad , washrooms are very small. One towel and one water bottle they provide.we paid 9000 for three nights which is too high seeing there standard. Breakfast is equally bad and never on time.
Instead of 8 complete breakfast came on the table @9:00 am. Cutlery not washed properly.
This is not hotel it’s - lodge. Staff is uneducated and do not know customer service.worst stay of our trip.
Also the way to hotel is very narrow and parking is also not great.

Happy stay

The breakfast staff maintained excellent cleanliness and hygiene. Tables were wiped promptly, utensils were spotless, and the overall setup felt fresh and well-managed. Very satisfied with their effort
