Good location

A generally good, clean hotel with basic amenities. Central location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Excellent wifi and comes with local breakfast. Highly recommended. Please bring your own amenities as you only get toothbrush and toothpaste only. Push liquid soap for shower.

Location is great but you can get to shops from another Hotel

I was surprised that this is rated as a 3-star hotel especially when I have stayed in 2-star hotels that were much better and cheaper. On the upside, its location on Ratulangi is close to a few cafes, restaurants, the market and Ambon Plaza. I thought that this hotel was close to the war cemetery but the hotel booking site's map was wrong, A bus from the market takes me to the cemetery so no problem there. The breakfast is included but I can only eat an omelet and toast. There is no normal milk for the coffee and the coffee is awful anyway. I would have been better going to Barista Cafe around the corner. The breakfast room has tables and chairs, toilets and a television as well as an outdoor balcony area. Unfortunately, this is all locked up after breakfast so there is no communal area. Instead at night, everyone gathers in the hallway near the lifts, smoking, talking and eating. I booked smoking but got a non-smoking room, after protesting got a room with a window so problem solved. The bathroom is open to the outside which means you have to shut your bathroom door or the cockroaches will wake you. The room was not always made up either so not staying here again. Would rather walk or becak to Jl Ratulangi from another hotel.

No choice for breakfast. No coffee, only tea
Room extremely small with only cold water.
Ants in room. Room smelt of urine.

So So

A small hotel located near the port. The room amenities is a toothbrush and paste, and liquid soap gel. Room was quite clean, staff were quite attentive to bring our luggage and set up our extra bed quickly. However, the room was not soundproof so I could hear anything. They served breakfast on 1st floor, a small restaurant and they only accommodate order for breakfast only. Lunch or dinner? You have to source by yourself. But don't worry, as evening comes, the street will full of local food seller, selling fresh caught fish grilled over coconut husks. Also, there is KFC nearby :)
Overall, Le Green Suite is a so so experience for a one night stay.

Expect Less

Located near to central city administration and next to the ambon seaport that approximately 200 meters away
The surrounding of this hotel is not good, people dump trashes in front of the hotel etvery day and sometimes it takes quite long for the garbages to be picked up
The service is quite bad, it seems you have to tell the room service if you want your room to be clenaed up every day
Don't expect tea bag or coffe in your room
