Only positive impressions from the two-week stay there

The nicest place, the most friendly staff, the most well maintained territory!!! It was wonderful, like we were home. Wayan and her assistants are doing everything to get you back here again! Help was available for everything from asking to cut fruit to advice on visiting particular beaches and calling a taxi.

Not a new guesthouse with a polite hostess

Pros at home:
- is in a quiet alley, near the main road, no transport can be heard;
- the area is green well maintained, there is a small fountain and several breakfast gazebos;
- Only 5 rooms, no fuss;
- friendly and polite owner Wayan;
- in room bed, closet, safe, conditioner, refrigerator, in bathroom shampoo, shower gel. Two bottles of water are given daily. On the veranda there is a table and chairs, clothes dryer, umbrellas;
- a simple but delicious homemade breakfast to choose from several options (fried rice, or noodles, or burger, or sandwich, or pancakes, or English breakfast, tea or coffee, sliced fruit or juice);
-nice Wi-Fi.
Cons of the house:
- bathroom that requires repair and replacement of plumbing (low pressure, toilet flushes poorly);
- no hot water;
the smell of sewerage in the shower.
In general, you can see that the hostess and the team are trying. Always with a smile on his face. This politeness helps to keep things high.

Great stay, very clear and friendly

This place is super clean, quiet and has very warm and hospitable hosts. I needed late checkout and they were very accomodating. The breakfast was really good and extremely good value. I couldn't fault this place and I will stay here again.

Too perfect!

A year ago I accidentally found this place. It turned out that this place was super homey, quiet, plus they served delicious breakfast and the room smelled so GOOD with frangipani flowers all over bed and tables plus a small fridge in each room! It's highly recommended to drive a city car such as avanza/xenia/ayla/agya/brio etc because we need to pass 50-100 meters roads that are just enough for one car. But it surely amazed me how a homestay could provide so much. A couple of days ago, I went back there. Surprise surprise.. Their services have escalated quickly! They still welcomed us with the warmest greeting ever. Two glasses of ice tea with real slices of lime were ready on the table. Even better than a five star hotel welcome drinks! They asked us to wait. I thought the room wasn't ready but then I saw them carrying our suitcases to the room, made sure amenities were put correctly and turned on the AC. We met the owner the following morning, she thanked us for coming back and she still remembered us! But I guess we are the lucky ones to have found this wonderful place. It's definitely worth the money and even beyond expectation!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at Frangipani Homestay. It was recommended to us by friends and they were spot on. There are 5 rooms and each has an ensuite, air conditioning and cable tv. The hosts Wayan and Cebu along with their staff are so friendly and hospitable.Rooms are spotless. Nothing is too much trouble. We even had our washing sent out for us at a very reasonable price. The breakfasts are great- 2 courses main and fruit along with juice and tea or coffee. The breakfast in served in the garden setting. All in all a great place to stay.
