Deluxe
The staff is very friendly and very proffesional.
If you need help they are ready to assist you.
The room is big, neat and clean.
There is excellent wifi and the t.v. has many channels in very good quality.
The pool is clean and the restaurant has great food. You can enjoy a good breakfast in the morning.
Overall a great place to stay and relax.
The next time we visit bali we will stay here again for sure.

Slow Serving!
there were two other tables occupied besides us.... 5 people on the kitchen(4 wearing chef outfit), 1 guy in the bar for cocktail drink, two waitress, & 1 cashier. Our table were the only one ordering all-you-can eat(149rb++ for adults, & half price for our 7 y/o).
Foods come out very slow, our kids keep complaining of how little the foods are on the table. We ordered 10 Maguro sushi(2 piece per serving), 2 california roll(4 piece per serving), 2 miso soup, 2 chicken kariage, 1 gyoza, Tuna mayo maki(not coming out), & 4 drinks..... they all came out so VERY slow one by one and our last ordered batch finally done around 9, and so we did another order because we all still hungry.
So we asked another 4 chicken kariage(only two come out), 1 gyoza, 2 spicy tuna roll, 2 maguro avocado maki..... we waited until 9.15 with nothing on the table, so I asked the waitress... she said sorry... and we were told to wait again. We finally finish up eating around 9.40.
Trying to pay with Mandiri credit card for 20% discount, but the EDC can't connect. We were billed for 4 adults price & they can't change the price because it's already put on the system... at the end she said she'll return us 75rb in cash.
As for the food, all 10 Maguro sushi came out luke warm(doesn't feel fresh, lose our appetite immediately)... and craving for sushi was the main reason we came there. Other foods are okay, the 2nd serving for chicken kariage was very salty, probably just a mistake. The best they have is miso soup, pork gyoza, & spicy tuna roll.
Definitely not coming back, I did have a long talk to the waitress, cashier, & the 4 chefs. None of them can explain why the foods are slow. Heard one of the chef said to the waitress that they "were ordered" to wait until the food is done before they can make another batch. But seriously? How could chef watch what happen at the each table? and mind you there were only us there after 21.00pm, and they're definitely NOT paying attention & care if there's any food on the table. They'll only cook after you ask the waitress(I know because we practically sit in front of the kitchen, and I can see them wonder aimlessly). 425rb for almost 1.5hour sitting with only that much food? Bad excuses! DON'T EAT HERE!

Decent place, but not quite worth if full price
+ The room itself is good, not missing anything you'd expect in this price range (tv, ac, safe, wifi) and is well maintained
+ pluses in particular are full sized refrigerator and the wifi connection is really good
- the bathroom doesn't have a clothes hanger so that's a bit inconvenient
- the shower is slow at times especially in the morning. I'd guess they use the pump for restaurant use also in the morning so they really need to upgrade the pump capacity. Consider this of you need to go out early
- the standard room where I stayed in particular is located in the back of the first floor so the window is only facing the adjacent's building wall. As a result the room feels stuffy.
- cellular signal is pretty weak perhaps due to that too. Calls and messages are ok, but you don't get full data coverage. Thankfully the wifi connection is good or it'd be really miserable
- the breakfast choice is menu based and not buffet based so it is limited. You'd probably get bored if you stay more than 3 days
+ however, due to that also you can ask for it to be delivered to the room or packaged for takeaway which can be beneficial
- the staff is trying to be as helpful as they can but since they're not hotel professionals they can feel a bit lacking
- the restaurant in the front has a pretty good atmosphere but the food itself is pretty average while expensive
I enjoyed my stay enough to recommend it, but I was able to get a good package deal so it was relatively cheap. Considering the above points, I'd only recommend it to other people id they can do the same

Regret staying here
They offer the same breakfast every morning and it is not much to choose from. The first day we came they gave us the menu to choose food for breakfast for the next morning and for the drink we chose 2 coffees and 2 juices (for me and my partner). They took a look and repeated the things we ordered and the next morning when the lady brought the breakfast said that we can only have one drink so she brought one coffee and one juice. They could said something the day before when we were filling the form or they could called us one the phone to asked us if we would like coffee or juice.
They also have restaurant downstairs and you can order a room service. It offers tasty food but me and my partner got food poisoned from this place. We payed around 600k for appetizer, two main courses (rib eye and spaghetti marinara) and two bintang beers.
Also the BIG problem about this place is the man who works here (I think he is the manager). Every time we went outside hotel or came back he constantly annoyed us with aqua park that his brother-in-law has on Nusa Dua beach. We said we are not interested but he kept nagging us and once he even called him and forced me to talk to him on the phone. It was so weird.
