30th Birthday!!

An amazing experience for our first trip over!! Allif and Ari were absolutely amazing from breakfast every morning to amazing house keeping.
What ever questions we had they would answer or get right onto it straight away!!
Came home from a day out on the water to a Birthday surprise, they had decorated the villa and got a cake for my birthday, truly amazing staff.
Thanks Again for a great time in Bali

Villa needs to update and repairing.
Upstairs bathrooms smell and the doors fall apart.

Villa Cascade

Villa Cascade lacks a lot of maintenance, during our stay we had have numerous things fixed
The water cooler had to be repaired, bedrooms 1&2 had to have toilets fixed, bedroom 3 the shower head and towel rail had come out of the wall, the outside shower did not work, the pool was green and had to be treated, We had the get the supervisor involved to get these things fixed,
The main area down stairs needs another aircon as you can not sit at the table and eat comfortably,
The main area upstairs has no aircon and is hot as hell and only good for drying pool towels. All the bedrooms aircons work great,The staff were friendly enough and cleaned everyday, The Villa was quite noisy with windows ratting every time a door was closed in the neighbouring Villas.

Beyond Expectations

Perfect family holiday - 5 adults & 2 kids (under 13). Great size to house us all and the pool/outdoor area was the perfect entertainment for everyone
Villa has everything available and housekeeping were amazing.

Harris Miell holiday

Beautiful villa, we were looked after by Allif, our own personal helper. Allif cooked us a lovely breakfast each morning, included in price. After a big day out touring, Allif also cooked us an amazing dinner (extra cost). We loved sitting poolside. Minimart close by. Perfect villa for our stay.
