Excellente
The room was spacious and comfortable, especially with the beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
And most importantly i feel safe and good aura especially with bringing 2 month old baby.

Unforgettable Solo Trip! Special thanks to Trestha & Aprilio!
A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Trestha and Aprilio. They truly went above and beyond by surprising me in my room with a lovely cake and even featured my photo on the TV screen! It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that completely made my day.
Another highlight of my stay was the iconic HARRIS Move dance during breakfast. It was super energetic and fun—it kept me entertained and made breakfast as a solo traveler far from boring!
The warmth and hospitality from Trestha, Aprilio, and the whole team were exceptional. I highly recommend HARRIS Hotel Batam to anyone, especially solo travelers. I’ll definitely be back!

The only issue we encountered was with room amenities. We traveled as a family of five (two adults and three kids) and booked two connecting rooms. Since there were five of us, I requested just one extra pillow so everyone would have one. However, I was told that hotel policy requires an additional nightly charge per extra pillow. It felt like a bizarre policy to charge a family just to have one pillow per person.
Aside from this strange hidden fee, everything else about our stay was perfect. Location was excellent, 3 mins walk to ferry terminal.
