Good

Cleanliness is good but due to greenery, there is ants and mosquitoes issue. Location is bit isolated and unclean. It is bit away from main city. Bathrooms are average according to price and hot water facility is not proper. No bathtub. No hair dryer. Wardrobes were old. Bed was also old.

Very good but hot water is limit

Cozy place, bu hot water is limit,i just take a bath once and hot water is limit...breakfast a'la carte...i order fried rice & fu yung hait...the taste not to bad ...plunge pool is good...water is cold but sprayer is good enaugh

Well managed and spacious villa!

The villa doesn’t disappoint. If you like privacy and relaxation away from the busy streets of Kuta, this is highly recommended since its not the far compared to Villa’s in Ubud. The price is moderate and we realy enjoy our stay.

Only for the Ambience and Location.

We chose this for the fact that there was a private pool and since it was located between UBUD and KUTA(and the city center to be precise).
Positives:
It is between both the major areas we wanted to cover so i'd say a good location. Also we were able to get cabs in blue bird and grab. So its a good location.
The staff are very, very helpful and absolutely friendly ! But i think they're understaffed. You have 2 girls who maintain both the main office and all the rooms at once. The breakfast was good.
The outdoor seating was great ! and the ambience was really good !
Negatives:
The pool was poorly maintained and there were actual powercuts for extended period of times.
There is no food nearby(long walk - the hotel is little in the interior) and the property does not have an in-house restaurant so you'll have to stock up. The only restaurants that do delivery are McDonalds and KFC.
Our bathroom jammed one day all of a sudden. The cupboards are creaky and hard to slide.
And major major mosquito problems. (request for a repellent)
