Meraviglioso soggiorno

Staff estremamente gentile e sorridente, la cucina è ottima , la colazione eccellente ,la pulizia e la cura sono perfette , ambiente super accogliente .

Wonderful hotel.

Super good hotel. Very comfortable room with excellent bed. Everything is clean. The room has everything you need. Free flow of water also.The staff is very helpful and friendly and doing there best to learn to speak English. The food in the restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is good. Prices are not as high like in these kind of hotels. Wonderful decoration true the whole hotel.

Business Hotel at Tambolaka, Sumba

Although West Sumba is nature tourists destinations such as beaches, ethnic villages houses and other cultural which most of the accommodations are at the beach, but there is only decent and good hotel called SIMA opened recently.
The hotel is good for normal meetings but also good stay facilitated with swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe and meeting rooms.

The all-inclusive standard hotel has a prime location, featuring refined spaces and perfect attention to detail.

It''s a 4-star standard hotel, located just a 12-minute drive from Tampola Airport, complete with an on-site pool, meeting rooms, spa, and fitness center.
Rooms include six types, from deluxe rooms, grand deluxe, junior executive suites, executive suites, etc. Free wifi is available in rooms and covers the entire hotel area.
The design of the area is exquisite and every attention to detail is perfect, and the breakfast here is delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from whether it’s local or international.
All staff were smiling with warmth and kindness.

Sima Sumba is a scam

I booked the hotel on their official website and was asked to make payment to their Indonesian bank account before my reservation could be confirmed. So I did. But upon checking in I was asked to make payment for my hotel room. I told the receptionist Roswita that I had already made payment to their bank but she insisted that I paid at the reception counter. Not quite sure what was going on and not wanting to pick up an argument at the reception counter, I made the payment which as more than the agreed price online. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. Upon checking out, I checked to see if they had double charged me. Indeed they had. The male staff at the reception counter on 23rd March 2025, told me that he would check with the finance team and get back to me. More than a week after I sent a reminder as there was no news. About 3 weeks after, upon my prompting, they replied on whatsapp to say that the Finance was on leave and nothing could be done. It is now almost 2 months and I am still not refunded for being double-charged. All this while, no updates have been initiated by them and they only respond when prompted. Do not stay in Sima Sumba Hotel!
