Poor experience
During our visit, a large corporate team-building group was hosted simultaneously. Because of the resort's intimate size and island location, it was impossible to escape the constant noise, chanting, and loud music that persisted from daytime into the late evening. To make matters worse, we were abruptly awoken just after 6:00 AM the following morning by the same group repeatedly sounding a siren. We were incredibly disappointed that resort staff permitted this disruption without intervention.
Additionally, the dining experience was deeply frustrating. The breakfast offered was of poor quality—served cold and completely unappetizing. The evening experience was not much bette; because the restaurant was overcrowded, we patiently waited for the crowd to clear, only to be informed upon entering that the kitchen had already closed. With little alternative dining options on the island, we had to raise a complaint just to get the kitchen reopened so we could eat.
While we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the complimentary use of the bikes and kayaks, the overwhelming noise, tiered accommodation, and poor service ultimately ruined our island retreat.
