Perfect stay for holiday with family

A holiday here is literally zero-fail...! From the room being set up for a honeymoon just as requested, to a free room upgrade! Like, how can we even look at other hotels...!?! The staff is amazing—shoutout to Pak Yono and Mba Amel who helped us. The kids were over the moon because it’s the same room we always book. Honestly, we could come here almost every single month!

Excellent Service and Great Security ⭐️

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.
What impressed me the most was the hotel’s security and honesty. I accidentally left my camera behind, and I only realized it several days later. Thankfully, the hotel staff had found it and kept it safely for me. I was honestly very relieved and grateful that my belongings were properly taken care of.
This experience really showed me that the hotel takes guest safety and belongings seriously. The service was also friendly and professional.

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Mercure from 22 to 23 August 2026. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
A very special thank you to Mrs. Adee Wharyanti for providing us with a room of excellent good service quality and making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the high standard of service.
We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the wonderful GRO Team: Mrs. Fitria, Mrs. Raini, and Mrs. Nanda. Not only did they provide such warm and attentive service, but they also went above and beyond by helping us decorate the room with adorable art characters for our child. Stay at Mercure

We stayed in the hotel for a night and it was a good choice. Our kid enjoyedso much swimming pool and entertainment facilities! also there are amusement park, water park next to the hotel. It is quiet around, so no busy streets of Jakarta with constant noise and traffic.
Good breakfast and clean room.
