Ratings are a relative thing. For the price, it was acceptable.
The parts I didn't like really all relate to the bathroom. The shower was not very clean, and the rim on the toilet bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Upon closer inspection, it was covered in small cracks...all of which were stained. I'm not a squeamish person with bathrooms, but it was too nasty for me use. The bowl under the rim was clean though, so it worked. Like I said, for nine bucks...fine. If I had paid over 20 though, this would be a one or two star review. Also...no towel in the bathroom. I had my own, so who cares. And the elevator was out of service. Not a big deal if you are on the 2nd floor, which I was. Building is nine or ten high, though. Don't stay here if you have expectations.
