Very satisfied

Structure large and well maintained. Varied and buffet breakfast. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very good cleaning. Not bad location, next to a shopping center and Starbucks. Wonderful staff. About an hour from tumpak sewu. Cute pool and spa

Who controls Whatsapp Communication!

Are they crazy! I book for 2 night but few hour later i got email. It's writing hotel send me cancelition request and I have to confirm until 24 hr. When I asked to hotel directly They saying receptionist staff on holiday please text again on Monday hahahah! I have to wait 2 day just for information?! Hotel is close weekend? How they can say receptionist on holiday . What mean that . Nobody won't check-in during weekends!? Stay far from this place. Even they don't answer. You have to text non stop to get any response. I text a lot but they ignored me . They doesn't care!

Rooms was spacious and clean. The hotel is very clise to the mid size mall.with supermarket and decent restaurants spread. The breakfast was so so though, nothing to shout about. The lady manning the egg station (the one handling the on demand egg request) was a bit slow and dont remember the guests' orders, nor the faces. It created chaostic situation where the order will be passed to the person stabding there waitjng instead of by order sequence. Will be best if the hotel just put up a numbering system or get the guess table for delivery. At least the other lady handling the omellete was quite fast so the it reduced the guest's frustation.

Staying in Poor City

Staying in this hotel within the framework of IHT State University Malang. The hotel is quite comfortable and is in a not very noisy neighborhood, although it is in the poor town. To find food is also not too difficult and not far from public facilities such as hospitals and bus terminals.
