Room, WiFi, sat TV, hot water shower were all decent.

If they learn how to clean properly....not too bad a place.
The receptionist actually turned off my electric because I didn't pay for night #8 on time, even though I was booked in for 10 nights.
The rooms are a little dilapidated, but sufficient.
Hot water shower, water pressure, A/C, sat tv, WiFi were all perfectly fine, but the bed was uncomfortable because of protruding springs and the sheets were rippled and stained.
I don't blame the cleaning lady...she is far too overworked ( whilst four people sit on reception !!)....but, she is in dire need of a hot water washing machine, as its impossible to maintain any decent standard of cleanliness when you are that busy....poor old thing !
If they repainted, fix the little problems, bought some new beds and sheets and towels and got rid of the rude receptionists ( to be fair, only the Indian one and the old Chinese one gave me a problem )....this could be a decent place to stay as the location is pretty good ( youre still in Medan though !!)

This is the most horrible place I’ve stayed in. The room is smell of sweat and yucky. The walls, toilet and pillows are BLACK. There are some hair on the bedsheet; a ticket left by the previous guest; and some cigarette smoke on top of the table. This all prove that the place has not been sanitised and a HEALTH HAZARD. No toiletries and water bottles as mentioned.
