ZHM hotel and staff great.

Good morning team members from ZHM Padang. It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I have stayed at ZHM numerous times in the past 3 years. I love knowing I’m staying at ZHM. It is always a welcome home like feeling. Staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. I love seeing staff that I have come to know personally each trip I make. Rooms are great, food and roof top bar is amazing. The location in the city is walking distance to all that you need. The friendly atmosphere whist you stay is comforting and reassuring that this is the right place. Also the pool. Wow. Love the pool.
Furthermore, value for money and clean surrounds of ZHM makes this hotel my choice. Kind regards Dave.

Great stay

The staff were very kind and courteous. The facilities are also clean and well managed.
Guests can also use the outdoor pool on the upper floors to cool off.
It is a very safe and relaxing hotel.

Welcoming and comfortable, 100% recommended.

We loved our stay at the ZHM, it was comfortable and clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and loved swimming in the pool. We will definitely be staying there again.
