Great place to stay!!

I have stayed here 3 nights.. The people are so nice and friendly. I felt so welcome and home at this place. As family. The manager is really good for all customers!! The area is so relaxing they have a nice pool and a good restaurant. They rent motorbikes for a good price and its only 5 minutes to Kuta city and the beach! The rooms are big and clean and have AC. They organise trips anywhere in Lombok.
I will always come back to this amazing place when im in Kuta again!! :)

Good visit

Good enough for family with young children.
The service was okay. The rooms are clean .
I have nothing really to say bad for this place, our expectation was met . The food was good .
I will probably book this hotel again if we ever go back to this place.

Be careful, aggressive receptionist!

I would recommend you not to stay at this guesthouse. I was there with 3 friends. We told the receptionist that we were going to spend 2 nights. However, after one night we decided to leave as one of my friend was not feeling good. The guy became directly very agressive, asking us to pay for the other night because he told us he booked the rooms for us. I can understand for sure however the guesthouse was not full at all (we saw many keys hanging on the reception) and he was not friendly at all. We wanted to discuss with him but it was not possible. He told us he was going to call the police, that we will never go back to our country! It was very scary. He followed us with his scooter screaming at us. Honestly don't go there. Furthermore the rooms are really average.

Bad experience ever

WE GOT STOLEN BY THE HOMESTAY STAFF!!!!
They use the separe key to get inside your room while you are exploring kuta lombok.
Definitely not a good place to enjoy your holidays. I do not recommend this place. Worst experience ever.
*motorbikes are old, we had to pay twice in a day to change both tires.

Awesome, couldn't bring myself to leave

have had very nice stay with an awesome staff
an awesome breakfast provided in the beautiful morning with a quite place
3 nights is not enough, would stay for little bit longer for another holiday next.
should come back soon!!!!
