Great Choice
Staying here was a great choice for our recent holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were very helpful with all our needs during our stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and neatly arranged, allowing us to rest easily right away.
A great bonus is the peaceful atmosphere. It is quiet and far from the crowds, making it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Overall, the service was good and the facilities met our expectations. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet stay, we highly recommend RaCottage Mandalika.

A Wonderful Family Staycation in Mandalika
We stayed at RaCottage Mandalika for a short family getaway with my wife and two daughters, and it was exactly what we needed.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for families, including an extra bed for the children. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and take a break from our daily routine.
The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. My daughters loved spending time there, and surprisingly, my wife even gained enough confidence to start learning how to swim!
The restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices, and the fast Wi-Fi allowed me to get some work done while enjoying the surroundings. I also noticed several surfers and digital nomads staying here, which says a lot about the comfort and convenience of the place.

Great Stay and Very Helpful Staff
My stay at Hotel RaCottage Mandalika was good. The place is surrounded by green trees and it is quite peaceful. There is no loud noise from the main street. Getting to the beach and the main crowd isn't too far either, just a short ride away. It feels like a nice pocket of calm away from everything.
The Deluxe room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are great. Really friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something, they solved it right away. They even helped provide a scooter for me every time I wanted to go out and explore. Their local tips actually made my trips around the area much better. I would definitely go back.

To be avoided at all costs

A stay that was going very well until what happened to me
A T-shirt was damaged during a wash offered by the property, without any responsibility on their part. The manager was particularly aggressive and threatening when I tried to discuss it.
Worse still, I noticed the disappearance of 400,000 IDR in my wallet left in a locked room. Despite my report, I have not received any response or serious follow-up.
In view of my experience and similar comments regarding flights already present online, I strongly recommend against this property

Although no evidence was found, three housekeeping staff members involved are no longer with us to safeguard the security of our future guests at RaCottage Mandalika.
In this process, we also engaged a professional security team who carried out a comprehensive assessment of every room. With these measures, we are committed to providing the highest standard of safety throughout our guests’ stay.
