Villa Layla

Located near the beach, this villa is in Laksmana, a neighborhood in Seminyak. Eat Street and Seminyak Square are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Seminyak Beach and Legian Beach. Waterbom Bali and Nuanu Creative City are also worth visiting. Located in Seminyak, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Eat Street is just steps away and Seminyak Beach is within an easy 14-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features a terrace. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the flat-screen TV (premium channels available). There's also a DVD player for your enjoyment. A living room, a dining area, a safe, and air conditioning are featured at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.

Excellent location, close to some amazing restaurants. Staff were lovely and easy to contact.

Villa is centrally located in Seminyak about 300 metres down a laneway off "eat street."
Daily maid service was great and nothing is too much trouble for Miss Iluh.
Easy walking to Red Champagne Bar, newly established the GOAT bar, La Fevela and foodie favourites Ginger Moon, Mykanos and Batik

I Would Be Heartbroken If It Were My Villa

Villa Laella is absolutely perfect for young couples or groups of friends who enjoy a party lifestyle and are out all day and night enjoying Seminyak. Unfortunately the adjoining property is La Favella, one of Seminyak's well known night clubs. Other reviewers are correct in saying while the music continues till around 3am, it is not overly noticeable or too disruptive of sleep. However the nightclub is now doing multistory extensions and building works overlook the backyard and pool area. This makes it inconvenient as there are builders looking down on you relaxing, removing all privacy (late December 2019). If this does not bother you, book away.
It is a 3 bedroom villa, each room with its own ensuite and an additional toilet. Access is via an alley alongside La Favella and it is filled with parked scooters during nightclub hours. The housekeeper is very kind and thoughtful and the owners are easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. Breakfast does not come with the the villa but there is a kitchen and a supermarket opposite La Favella, which of course is in 'Eat Street' so there are no shortage of options.
The villa is clean and comfortable, but of course as typical in Bali, it opens up to the let the outside in, so this includes wildlife and the friendly geckos and bugs!
Overall, location is within handy walking distance to many different places and of course, there are always taxis just a hoot away :)

Perfection!

I have just come back from an 8 night girls trip staying at this Villa, we absolutely loved it!
The pool is larger than average, the rooms are all large with strong air-conditioning.
The location is a standout point, just 100 meters or less from eat street.
The Villa is right next door to La Favella so noise might be an issue for some, whilst definitely noticeable it did not bother us.
FiFi was the villa cleaner, she was lovely to deal with and always went over and above.
We will definitely stay here again!

Not what it seems

Had an indifferent stay at Villa Laella. While the Villa location is terrific as it's on the doorstep of Kayu Aya (eat street) and close to so many fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars the overall detail at the Villa is lacking. On our 7 night stay we had 2 days of no maid service. The tv has no channels and the DVD player would not play any DVDs purchased in Bali. This is definitely not ideal when travelling with kids and trying to occupy them. The main living area had no air supply. I wouldn't expect air con but no fan or anything in the area that we spent most our time at night. Interestingly there was a ceiling fan in the kitchen. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and can facilitate having 6 Adults yet only one 3 seater couch in lounge. The bedding could definitely be replaced. Was evident that they weren't very clean. The Villa is located directly next to a night club. Although this was not a real problem for us as we slept well through the loud music of a night time it could be an issue for others. If this Villa didn't have it's great location it would honestly not have much else going for it. Our family loves Bali and it didn't ruin our holiday but we will certainly not be staying at Villa Laella again.
This Villa would be best for young party enthusiasts.

Merci de votre visite ,bien content que vous ayez aimer la villa par sa grande piscine ,ses 3 chambres et 3 salle de bain privée, sa climatisation dans chaque chambre et son superbe emplacement proche de tout .
Donc si je comprend bien vos 2 étoiles viennent juste du faites au il n'y avait pas de télévision avec des chaines pour enfant ou un lecteur adapté à vos cd de votre pays ou juste parce que le ventilateur était en panne .
Il ne vous faut pas beaucoup de choses pour ne pas aimer un endroit .
Venir à bali pour regarder la télévision ??? Ha ha
Nous allons ajouter un ventilateur et lecteur cd pas de soucis ,mais une demande peut être effectué en privée et le jour même nous aurions répondu dans l affirmative.
