Experience at the top

We are ecstatic by the reality we are living. The impact with the room, was not the best: you can not say that it is cared for and in optimal condition. But this discomfort has been largely overcome by the team of boys and girls who, from the cleaning of the rooms to the service between the tables, have enraptured us! Everything is very nice. Everyone is attentive to our needs with incredibly fast service in meeting them. Seeing them laughing and joking with each other, helped make us feel good, like among friends. We will bring this experience and knowledge view in our hearts and in Italy we will make great publicity!! Thank you for hosting us in an excellent way.

We stayed here for two nights. We found the staff to be extremely unprofessional, and the service was poor and incredibly slow.
The outdoor surroundings were nice – a good pool, beautiful garden, and beach. However, the place is generally worn down, and we had a leaking pipe in the bathroom that spilled foul-smelling water onto the floor.
We got stomach problems from the food, and the breakfast in particular was very poor. The location is far from everything else, so we were disappointed that the food was of such low quality.

Bof mediocre performance

Beautiful location, no organized beach, menu/menu with plenty of cocktails ...which do not actually exist except for the beer of m.... Bintang. When I ask the bartender why he says "alcohol is not Hallal!" Well I thought the owner was Hindu so versed on the expectations of his Boulé clients (European majority in the clientele). I didn't know Bintang was a non-alcoholic beer.
We come back the next day to spend 24 hours. We rent a "joglo" (small Javan wooden house) for the night at 600 K free at 2 PM. Of course at 2.45 still no room.
Forced to wait at reception .. unable to listen to music or videos from the web because music from reception has melted
That's the last time we'll come!

Older Property, but Nice.

The rooms here are certainly showing their age, but are decent enough considering the location. The restaurant had some decent food.
This area isn't a hugely popular spot with tourists nowadays, but there are some amenities within walking distance.
Staff are nice and can arrange some excursions if you are looking for them.
