I wouldn't come back.

For a tetraso of the plane we arrived late to the hotel once we checked in we asked him for dinner somewhere and he said it was late the person who was that day 16/09/25 , we went to the room as we carried some cookies. Because with a coffee to get out of the way, I went to ask for sugar and he told me there is in the room, I had to go back with him to see that because of the humidity was unusable, 2 hit me, I told him that the safe does not work and sent me a person who told me that 4 keys did not work between them lock, meaning unusable , I tell him the next day and no case, four nights and without box.
They say hotel in nature, but at 1:30 AM, the frogs or not I know that animals an unbearable sound and at 6AM a clarity in the room that gave you full, the curtains some glimpses, and says one who spent the holidays in a town of 150 inhabitants, so of naturalea and animals I know something.
The quietest time when you came from a field trip and got on the terrace for coffee, as long as there was not the person who worked the rice paddy with the machine, which by the way he had to, but peace no...
The room upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, steep stairs as you stumbled on the 1st step you went down nonstop.
Good breakfast a la carte and then you could still make your toast.
Staff removing the one from the 1st kind day.
Hotel I wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend, so I told the agency.
Videos of noise and clarity tell me that large files.

The staff was great. Loved the room and how peaceful it was. Bed was really comfortable. Family friendly area and property.

An oasis of calm in a busy city

An oasis of calm in a busy city. A long line of apartments bordering a rice paddy. Clean rooms, beautiful views. Three swimming pools. The breakfast room is a bit small; you can order breakfast from the menu.

Tired place

The location is heaven in the center of Ubud; nice and quiet despite the proximity to the city center.
The rest leaves a lot to be desired. This is NOT a 4 star establishment and should not be marketed or sold like that; it’s more like a small 3.
The place is tired and worn, and despite the staff being really helpful and service minded there are just limits as to what they can do.
If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay after a lot of activities, where things just works, this is NOT it.
