A Small Boutique Traditional Hotel in an Excellent Location
The hotel is small with only three floors and 70 rooms, but is beautifully designed and decorated. The lobby is spacious with lots of seating, there is a café in the lobby serving hotel drinks and cakes. There are two restaurants, one in the lobby for breakfast and meals and another traditional restaurant in the lower floor. The rooms are spacious with sufficient storage facilities, the bed and mattress are comfortable, there is a writing desk. The rooms have an extra bed, so rooms usually can accommodate three persons. The bathroom is medium size with a bath tub with glass doors. The water pressure is a bit low but okay. There is a good supply of towels and toiletries. The TV has mainly local channels with few English and Arabic news channels. There are also a few English movies but dubbed in local language. Breakfast is very good with various choices, is mainly Iranian-Continental cuisine. There is an egg station. The hotel staff are courteous and very helpful. There is a small gym, a jacuzzi and a medium sized pool, all in one place in the basement and with certain timing for gents. It seems they do not differentiate between normal T-Shirts and swimming tops; you can use the pool but wearing swimming shorts only, which I think is strange but it seems this is common in Iran hotels. There is a tour agent in the hotel. The WIFI is mostly fine, but sometimes un reliable. The hotel is five minutes’ walk to Karim Khan Citadel where you can find a street decorated with festival lights with many bands and music events at nights. There are also many cafes and shops serving the famous Shiraz Ice cream (Bastani) and Falooda. A few more minutes’ walk takes you to the centuries old Bazar Vakil with plenty of shops selling all kinds of antiques, sweets, rugs. fabrics, spies etc. The famous Zand road lined with clothing and shoes shops and cafes is also nearby. Zandeye metro station is 10 minutes’ away on foot. The location of the hotel is near to most of the famous attractions. It is highly recommended for a few days’ stay to tour culture-rich Shiraz.

Stylish and clean hotel, nice and professional staff, full breakfast, pleasant open-air coffee shop, great location
I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I was impressed by the attitude of all the staff, who were very attentive in every situation and responded with a smile. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure and were very clean. The room charge was regular. The breakfast was extensive. The atmosphere was peaceful. Everything was well thought out and organized. Before that, I had booked a traditional boutique hotel. Upon arrival, I realized what a big mistake I had made and I was willing to lose money and one night was wasted on my payment. However, the experience of staying at the Zandiyeh Hotel in Shiraz was more than enough for me to make up for that one night. Thank you to the management and the good and professional staff of the hotel. I hope I can be a guest of your hotel again.

A truly exceptional stay
I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the design was modern and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh choices. The staff were kind, respectful, and always helpful. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Awful service
We had food from the coffee shop and we became sick. We told the manager but they didn't pay attention.
After our room was cleaned, we found the bin in the bathroom broken, but they charged us for what they had broken themselves with a high price

Best Hotel in Shiraz
Zandieh Hotel in Shiraz is one of the best Hotels in Shiraz. the services and food is great. it is so close to the main cultural heritage and Bazar that you can walk freely day or night to the front of the Vakil market! and anything you ask! they find a way to help.
