Good stay

I stayed two nights at the hotel during a business trip to Erbil. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, although a bit far from the city center. The room was clean, well-sized, and had daily housekeeping, which I appreciated. Special thanks to Ms. Haydeh, the Sales Manager, for her great support, and to the helpful reception staff. I’m grateful to all of them.

Enjoyed staying there, lovely place and friendly staff

I stayed in this hotel for two separate nights, It is quite far from the centre, but it is close to the Baghdad garage and the airport, when I was back from Dohuk, I booked there for one night because it was only 4 mins from the terminal, where I could take a taxi to my next destination. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They speak English and the room was big and clean. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and welcomed.

Although I rated it average, I would stay there again.

This is a 4 star hotel with good potential. I stayed there during my second visit to Erbil
I liked it despite some minir inconveniences that I will mention so the owners take corrective actions :
- Breakfast, food quantity is not enough for guests, i went at 8:30 am, found the room filled with guests and almost no cooked food. I settled for boiled eggs, cheese and jam.
- In my suite, the sitting room has 2 sofas but no center or coffe table. The only TV is small and is in the sitting room, no TV in the bedroom
- in the bathroom, the sink stands alone with no place to put your toiletteries except for tiny one inch frame around the sink
On the positive side :
- Very helpful and friendly staff
- Very good internet speed for a Middle Eastern city
- nice SPA with massage service, Sauna & steam bath and a small pool
I would stay again really, but I hooe next time my comments will be considered

A great hotel with all the amazing specifications and has a successful management and a friendly staff. I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel when visiting Erbil and wish them success and success.

And most important thing that they have airport pickup free of charge just send your ticket flight and u will find them cap with hotel logo waiting for u
