A charming little picturesque place where the welcome is the warmest and you’ll want to stay longer.

This is a divine little place that you simply must stay at. Go out of your way if you have to. You’re treated wonderfully well. Nothing is too much trouble, the scenery is divine. The rooms are comfy and rather than a guest in someone’s house, you feel like you’re staying with family and you can just help yourself. I’d stay here again no question.

A five star bed and breakfast experience, which we would totally recommend

First class Bed & Breakfast with welcoming hosts, fantastic food, and in beautiful countryside.
After our arrival, we were invited to have afternoon tea in the dining room, with plenty of homemade scones and soda bread etc. There is 24 hour access to the dining room, with everything needed to make hot drinks, toast, and there is also the use of a microwave.
Our en suite room was very comfortable, and included a sofa, from where we could watch tv.
The full Irish breakfast has to be tried !

Well run comfortable BnB

Very comfortable BnB. Clean room and house and comfortable all round. The breakfast was great with freshly baked bread and scones every morning. Rosemary is very kind and helpful. Lovely walks on the old coach road with views of sunset on the one side and sunrise on the other.

Lovely stay in Cavan

A lovely B and B to use as a home base to explore County Cavan. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay but the area is gorgeous, just the same. Rosemary made us most welcome with tea and cakes when we arrived out of the rain. The room was perfect in every way! Spacious and immaculate. The bathroom as well was very roomy and well stocked with toiletries. Lots of hot water for a morning shower. Lots of towels, which is always appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the surrounding area is quiet, which makes for a great night's sleep. Located not too far out of town, another plus. Breakfast was all that anyone could ask for and Rosemary is a wonderful hostess. In short, I would recommend The Rock Equestrian Bed and Breakfast wholeheartedly. And I hope to get back some day in better weather.

Great B&B

Great B & B with plenty of parking, wifi, and TV in your room. There is also a guest lounge if you want to sit and watch TV with friends.
All spotlessly clean and a super comfy bed.
Cup of tea and biscuits on arrival were very welcomed.
