Very NICE and really friendly, competent care! Helpful - all questions will be answered promptly and IMMEDIATELY.
My daughter and her boyfriend got an apartment from the company where her boyfriend works. Otherwise we would have rented ourselves trustingly in the AMNIS house!

Ok, for deep sleepers

Avoid coming here if you are not a deep sleeper. Me and my girlfriend came here for a long weekend visit to Cork. Unfortunately this was at the same time as a noisy group of lads that they'd put us in the same apartment as. I found it difficult to get any sleep due to the constant door slamming and shouting. Fortunately they had gone on the Monday so I got my sleep. The rooms are good with a brilliant view of the stream and the kitchen facilities are clean. The staff are also very friendly it's just the group lads that kind of ruined it a little.

Nice stay

I had a simple but comfortable room and felt very comfortable there on my own. The bed is super comfortable and everything was neat and clean.
At first there was no toilet paper, but it was provided immediately when I asked for it. One time the flush didn't work, but after a bit of waiting everything was fine again.
The rooms are very thinly soundproofed, you can hear every time the hallway door is opened and if the black-out blinds aren't too low, you can easily see into your own room from other rooms. Nevertheless, I felt very comfortable and would come back.

AVOID

Avoid - awful customer service and zero care for their guests. I would advise finding somewhere else to stay in cork. It’s a poorly run business and there are other places in cork that would be more welcoming and accommodating to their guests

Rooms really sm all, stuffy, bed tiny, only big enough for one . Parking was miles away staff very unhelpful

Filthy kitchen ,could not sleep due to tiny bed hot and stuffy only suited for students left after a day to River Lee hotel next door which was wonderful,
They totally refused to refund our money, so travellers beware
