Friendly and caring staff

Went to Innishannon House Hotel for coffee this afternoon.It was incredibly busy with a birthday party but we met the most wonderfully kind,considerate and friendly staff member.Her name was Ursula and chatting to her was an enormous pleasure as it is rare nowadays to find someone who in the midst of a busy day finds time to care. Well done to Innishannon House Hotel and thank you Ursula.

Excellent service, location & food

Delightful escape beside the river Bandon. My parents stayed there last night. The owner was very welcoming. The large bedroom with 4 poster bed overlooked the river. The breakfast was delicious & cooked to order. Beautiful spacious gardens.

Great place to celebrate an occasion.

Great venue for a celebratory lunch.
We recently celebrated a major wedding anniversary with a lunch for family and friends in the hotel where we had our wedding reception. The venue was as good as it was 50 years ago. Beautiful setting on the banks of the river Bandon. The staff friendly and efficient. The food was great, excellent service and the day enjoyed by all.

Had a family lunch today , food was excellent , staff very helpfull would highly recommend this venue on the bandon river .
