Great mini break away

Great hotel for one or two night break. Brilliant location for all areas of Dublin city Centre. Parking on your doorstep is great.
Room was spotless and great for one night. Love the hotel bar, always great service.

Dublin Centre hotel

Ideal location to visit Dublin as very close to the centre with easy walk to St Stephen’s Park, St Patrick’s and Christchurch cathedrals and main shopping centre, bars and restaurants. . Room and facilities were good and large, very comfortable bed. Downstairs is quirky and fun. Excellent breakfast which you can get at a reduced price if you book the day before. One criticism is the door to the en suite doesn’t have a catch or a lock so you feel rather exposed especially as ours didn’t close properly. The Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful and provided anything we asked for - a kettle and extra pillows for example. Not a cheap hotel but some good offers available and you get what you pay for and would definitely recommend.

Dishonest and low quality overpriced motel at great location

This was one of disappointing stays ever . Paid about 250$ for a tiny noisy room and was charged 50 euros for early checkin in . After the stay received an email to evaluate the stay from the hotel . I provided my accurate and fair feedback . Sophie from the hotel contacted me to offer courtesy compensation of the perks and 70 euros which was very appropriate way to handle the issue . I agreed but later it was discovered that I was contacted by mistake and no longer eligible for a partial refund . Here is my opportunity to say donot ever stay in this cheap dump and never trust this hotel to compensate you for unpleasant experience . All they want you to remove the negative reviews . Thanks .

Awkward shaped rooms and hotel. Large bathrooms that were hard to contain. Convenient location, but odd access. No fridge in the room, and they took, but did not refrigerate temperature-sensitive medications, despite offering to do so.

Great place to stay, the shopping center with the super market around the corner is 👍plenty of fun close by, front desk Louis & Emmanuel did a terrific job and always ready to greet and help with practical info,€20 fee for early check in was the best, Breakfast and Bar/Catering staff, Kudos, way to go!
