The bed was so uncomfortable, it had a dip in the middle. We woke up every morning with bad backs. The room needs updating, paint falling off the ceiling, scuff marks all over the walls and in need of a deep clean.
Good location in the heart of Temple bar. Spacious room but no wardrobe just a single rack above the desk so couldnt use the desk table as clothes was trailing on them.
Staff was friendly and the hotel lobby was stylish and clean.
Wouldn't stay again if I was given this room again. Stayed in much cleaner, central and cheap hotels in Dublin before.

SHORT STAY IN DUBLIN
Our room was at the back of the hotel, which made it nice and quiet, but it was very small with limited storage space. The bed was positioned with one side against the wall and beneath the window, which did not open, making it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get in and out.
The only issue we experienced was on our second day when we returned to the hotel and found that our key card no longer allowed us access to either the hotel or our room. We believe this was because the hotel had cancelled it after being unable to process the room charges on the credit card we had provided well in advance of our stay. While the issue was resolved, better communication about the payment problem would have avoided the inconvenience.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel's fantastic central location and the convenience of the adjoining bar made for an enjoyable visit, although clearer communication regarding payment issues would have made the experience even better.
