Reception and Room

Vicky and Johanny took great care of us, the best receptionists, very, very good service, super friendly and always available to help and assist the guest with everything necessary, give them a raise because they deserve it.
My partner and I are super happy since we came from Seville and wanted to enjoy this experience in a hotel, and what better way than by staying at "The Address Connolly". The beds were super comfortable and the room was super cozy, with splendid room service that was always clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast was free and varied with typical Irish food.

Fantastic room and really nice hotell - i had vip access to a lovely roof top bar with view over Dublin very nice - the room was large and had automatic curtain opener everything in the room was great this is my new favorite hotell in Dublin right across the train station easy access to Dublin walking distance to most

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience
We stayed at The Address Connolly expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but what happened in the early hours of the morning was completely unacceptable.
At around 4am, my partner and I were removed from the hotel following a conversation between us. Our voices had become slightly louder, but we were simply talking to each other. There was no fighting, no violence, no damage and no disturbance beyond a raised voice during a private conversation. We explained this clearly to the hotel, yet they still decided to kick us out in the middle of the night.
Being told to leave a hotel at 4am, after already checking in and staying there, is an extremely serious matter. Regardless of their interpretation of the situation, we should have been treated with professionalism, discretion and basic respect. Instead, we were left to deal with the situation in the early hours with nowhere to stay.
What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of proportion shown by the hotel. A slightly raised conversation between two adults was apparently enough to justify ejecting paying guests at 4am.
For a hotel positioning itself as a high-end property, I expected a far higher standard of customer service and judgement. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here thinks carefully about how the hotel handles situations involving its guests.
A very disappointing experience, and certainly not the standard of hospitality I expected from The Address Connolly.

I would like to clarify that the situation was not as described in your review. Our night team received multiple noise complaints from nearby rooms regarding disturbances coming from your room.
Several warnings were given before you were eventually asked to leave the hotel. This was not a decision taken lightly, but after repeated complaints and warnings, our team had a responsibility to consider the comfort and right to sleep of our other guests.
It is unfortunate that there was such a lack of consideration shown towards other guests, and it is not fair to describe the situation as simply a private conversation between two adults.
Our priority is to ensure all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, and we will always take appropriate action when repeated disturbances continue despite warnings.
I hope you will take this experience on board and learn from it for future stays elsewhere.

Super, centrally loacted.

A really super stay. Room was spotless, breakfast was lovely and overall this was great value for money. Staff we encountered were all super. A particular mention to Victoria who was very welcoming when we arrived early and tired and also the next day when I needed meal info and also upon checkout. Great location for exploring the city by foot. It has a nice atmosphere whether staying for business or leisure I would suggest, based on our experience. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

The hotel was modern and the staff helpful. We had what we needed and the proximity to the train station was convenient. The area is a little ways away from the primary tourist attractions but walkable. The best part was the North restaurant at the hotel where we at multiple times. Everything was delicious!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest drawback was that our room was on the side of the train tracks. I am a light sleeper and the noise and vibration from the train really was a bummer. I would highly recommend requesting room away from the tracks if you are a light sleeper.
All in all, it was a good stay.
