It is what it is cheap cheerful accomidation well situated in town just off north side off occonell at pub just around the corner was101% great food plenty full. Irish music every night great atmosphere highly recommended all in all a great 3 days in Dublin

Terrible

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at, I went with my daughter and had a double room booked (two single beds) we were told our room had been changed and there wasn't another option, the room was cold,damp with mould on the windows. There was no hot taps and looked nothing like the pictures shown in the website. The windows would no shut and there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the window. We asked for the heating to be fixed they said they control it downstairs and turned it in for a short time. The outside of the building was very run down with people hanging around sleeping and drinking it felt very unsafe. The building overall is run down the staff are ignorant and couldn't care less. This has to be the worst stay in Dublin I've ever had I would not recommend at all staying here.

Ok. If you need a cheap place to stay and expect very little in peaceful nights sleeep, decent customer service or a pleasant hotel experience, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear. First, it is not a hotel as you know it, just rooms, and while these are not that bad, the rest of the place is awful. They employ the cheapest staff that don't have a clue and don't really care. I have a room on the main street and couldn't shut the window properly so I didn't get any sleep whatsoever between the party , police sirens and delivery trucks. My advice would be spend the extra cash or stay out of town to get something decent.

My room was on the front of the building where there was a bar right next door and a bus stop across the street. Taxis sat in front til 2:30 am and people stood continuously right under my windows.
Block was real schetchy but one block away was a holiday Inn. Lock on room was good and staff was very nice.

If you're just after a bed great, the images are highly misleading. My sink didn't even have a plug, very run down and loud. Clean comfy bed...You get what you pay for.
