The room was clean and spacious. Location was great to pubs, shops, and food. The only issue we had was our comforter blanket had dry blood on it from a previous guest. We notified the front desk and they took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff ended up cleaning and exchanging all of our linens and towels. Overall 5/5 experience.

This hotel was incredible. The space had everything you’d need, including outlets for everyone. It was clean, the room had two bathrooms and the hotel bar made the best, creative cocktails. Service was impeccable from check in.

Room size is excellent, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the AC works very well. Great location near Grafton street and St Stephen’s Green. Short walk to the Liberties for the Guinness Storehouse.

I’d leave negative stars if I could. We stayed one night and forfeited the rest of the stay- it was that bad. Front desk service was nonexistent. Our room freaked of cigarette smoke and the balcony doors did not lock, which was scary given the connected balconies. We tried to cancel the rest of our stay and were basically ignored. Run, don’t walk, away from this hotel and this booking. TERRIBLE all around.

This hotel was immaculate and so conveniently located in Dublin. It was across the street from Stephen’s Green within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay there again!!!
