Fantastic

I met a friend there recently for coffee and sandwiches. The staff who served us - Lenel and Clayton were very good and attentive. Would go to this hotel again for lunch

Food & service 10/10

Our large family group of 12 adults & 6 children visited Loughrea Hotel & Spa restaurant yesterday evening. We were really impressed with the whole experience - everyone’s food was 10/10, the service we received from Clayton, Surana and Nelroy was top notch, they couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs and we had a number of babies in the group who were made feel very welcome. A great experience and lovely atmosphere overall for a family gathering and we will be back again.

Service with a smile

Clayton provided us group of 5 ladies and one young boy a great service especially as the hotel was busy with a wedding. We had tea, coffee and desserts which were presented beautifully.

The room and hotel in general was rundown and dirty. In my view not a four star and too expensive for what you get. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were okay but not amazing. Won’t be returning.

Lovely Hotel...Fab Service

First time staying at hotel. Room was deluxe king . Clean and spacious with comfortable bed. Would have liked a walk in shower in bathroom.
Food was really lovely in hotel bar and the service was excellent throughout the whole hotel.
The rooftop bar was also a beautiful spot to have a drink before dinner. Especially on a beautiful summers day. Views were amazing. Only a 1 night stay so didn't get to use the Spa which looked lovely. Would love to come back for a longer stay.
